Okay, first of all I realize that this drink is.. well, "pink." But I've come to terms with it because it was a damn good drink. It's an awesome summer cocktail. We had some extra strawberries and I wanted to see how all this would taste together. It works, really well. I haven't named it yet, perhaps it's already a drink? If you have the ingredients around, try it.

Here is the recipe:

  4 muddled strawberries
  3 oz gin
  1 oz Cointreau
  1.5 oz st. Germaine
  3 oz lemon juice
  2 dashes angostura bitters
  .5 oz simple syrup
