blackbootz has been in Detroit as of late and this afternoon, we managed put together a lunch along with b_b and ecib at the Local Kitchen & Bar in Ferndale.
Like all of these meetups, it was thoroughly enjoyable, and far too short.
I made the comment to blackbootz that thus far, every Hubskier that I have met seems the kind of person that I would hope the site would draw.

This is a superficial and fairly dumb thing to say because why wouldn't Hubski be the place for the web's sympas, but there's just that lingering stigma in me from other aggregates I need not mention.
