Ha! Remember the legal case for torture (penned by the fascist who would later become attorney general)? It basically boiled down to, "Well, if we call it 'enhanced interrogation', then that should work." Who doubts that the legal rationale for this is any more intellectually sound? I'm sure it's a matter of redefining what an execution is, and redefining, perhaps, even what a citizen is. Obama taking a page right out of the Cheney playbook.
