thenewgreen: I could see this ending up as a cattle prod for production. If you're sales number are up the sky's get bluer. Having a rough quarter, it might get cloudy. Or it could end up individualized, if your specific numbers are up, the square of the ceiling above your cubicle will be blue skies, if you are down it will be grey.I've worked for organizations that would actually use it this way.
