For whatever reason I felt two very different things from the video at the top of the article. The idea that at this point someone wants to tell me that the internet has changed everything ... well that reminds me of recently when a fresh ex-con was chatting with me at a gas station. He said, "I probably don't have to tell you this, but I really think computers are the future."

I ... I nodded and returned the gas pump-handle back into the machine. I crawled into my car and felt down. Sometimes I think that class-based society creates a time-slip whose grip we cannot escape.

That was actually the second thing I thought of after hearing the short video. The first was how it feels listening to Peter Day's voice is like a giant, soft-cushioned plush chaise positioned just so on a airy, gently rocking hammock with the view of a warm beach and thrilling icebergs all at once.
