If you're expecting a whole new set of posts every few hours on your feed page then that's probably an unrealistic expectation at this point in time. Most of what you see on the top will be there for a little while. However, there are a ton of different ways to see more content. Either keeping scrolling, check out the chatter page to see what people have been commenting on recently, you can go through tags and find something that interests you, or you can go through the community page to check out what individual users have been following. Additionally, you can sort by the hubwheel status which makes things even more interesting.
