Specifically the ability to search 'keyword' user:flagamuffin_shares or 'keyword' user:flagamuffin_posts or presumably other stuff I'm not thinking of.

Yes. It's an item on the to-do list that keeps getting bumped. There's been a number of times that also I would have liked to do a user-specific search. At the very least I can get that pushed out in the short-term.
