That said I think a Bond comic could be an excellent read and Ellis is a good writer.

DonJon is probably the best resource I've come across. I wish they put out an app too. I know I can just use the web interface, but an app could potentially cache some things locally. I find Erowid to be an excellent resource for finding new experiences as well as a great place to steer you clear if really bad decisions. Having good sense not to try some of those things prior notwithstanding.
I'd recommend longform.org Not a site that creates original content, but an aggregater of in depth stories across the web.

Wow, not sure how I missed the announcement for Elder Scrolls legends. Hearthstone is very good once you get the hang of things. That said there is always something to learn.
Couple of thoughts: 1) There is quite a bit of money to be made from information so I think companies have found ways to sell its collection as a service to the consumer. 2) When a corporation or other business service is doing something of a slimy nature they often hide deep within the cryptic labyrinth of legal jargon, because they know the average consumer would rather just "trust them on it" than read it and perhaps seek professional interpretation of it. I also think at a certain point people don't know or don't want to know how little privacy they have.
Flogging Molly reminds me of a particular time in my life a few years after high school. I didn't know where I was going in life, still kind of don't some of the time, but I am more comfortable in that now. I have learned, or at least think I have learned something along the way and perhaps self deceit is enough. The album was Whiskey on a Sunday and boy it didn't do much to chase the blues away. I find myself looking back at the memory of those days with embarrassment at my penchant for self destruction and self loathing, but I also have a certain nostalgia for the freedom I felt that came from feeling I had so little to lose. A fitting soundtrack.
