I realize tng's question is about our dream concert that we didn't see, but how can we help mentioning a real concert. (Probably another hubski discussion already exists on this topic.) I was at my dream concert: this concert. I still don't believe the line-up.

And the most amazing thing was that I was wandering in Queen's Park - a big park behind the Parliament Buildings in Toronto - with two friends when a man asked us if we wanted tickets to a concert. He was giving them away. "Sure," we said. We hadn't even heard it was happening. Eight months later, the Beatles officially broke up. A year and a half later, Jim Morrison would be dead.
