The relationship becomes clearer if we rephrase it as the "relationship between mechanical minds and Human intelligence". We can and should distinguish between mind (a super sense) and the intellect (which illuminates the mind and endows its content with meaning).

More controversially, the metaphysical consideration is more robust and promises a more optimistic steady-state relationship in the future. The model here asserts that the material reality is the expansion of the dimensionless point with the 'Light of God' which then expands into a 10-D material reality (ala M-Theory). This is the 'world as thought'. In this case, the mechanism is an object within and bounded by the expanse, whereas the Human "made in God's image" is the 'observer' of the same expanse and transcends it. This strongly indicates imo that there must exist untapped human capabilities that exceed the limits of mere computation available to any 'construct in the world'.

Should the species not self destruct, I can see future generations activating untapped higher mental faciilties, as an evolutionary response to sharing society with artificial minds and agents.
