Idk how you get good price discovery in Seattle at least in real time. Everything sells for above asking but it takes month to figure out for how much more. We’re thinking about moving out of our starter home and abandoning the failed city of Seattle. Moving just a few blocks north gets us into a much more functional city government and a police department that will do their job. As for live at home I joke with my wife that we will build our daughter an ADU, maybe not so much a joke as a way ok handling the dark reality of what her future holds
