Holy shit. You always knew that organization was run by some shady motherfuckers, but ... goodgoddamn... that is some seriously blatant grifting on a colossal scale... Even the CFO is in trouble... not because he was a part of the grift, but because he signed off on falsified financial reports. I mean... what kind of hold does the Board have over him to make him sign up for jail time, and NOT be a part of the financial payoff that everyone else is a part of?!!? Yikes.
