I was tired of being quarantines yesterday so i did a little cleanup of our raspberry bushes. The garden looks a lot less like an ugly mess now!

I had planted some type of lavander, late in the season last year, I hope they survived the winter. They barely grew from their original size, but I'm hoping it's because they were adapting to the soil. If would be cool to see them get big - i've been huge bushes of this variety in the Netherlands (but admitedly the climate is way different).

The tulips I planted 2 years ago also made a mass appearance! I was super disappointed when nothing came out of it last year, but this year there is a ton! I think tulips are amongst my favorite flowers, reminds me of my childhood.

That's our front yard - it gets a reasonable amount of sun. So i was really hoping to plant something edible. Maybe some salads? Radishes? But I seriously have absolutely no experience in any gardening, and researching on the internet seems tedious. Maybe I'll try to rope in some friends to help me. But I need to hurry, I think prime planting season is soon.

I'll probably have to cut the vine, it's quite invasive and a pain to manage.
