Although I used VRBO, was notified 10 days prior, and got a full refund... a similar thing happened to us: The owner of the building where the apartment you rented is located, decided to take it off the market effective immediately. For this inconvenience, we would like to UPGRADE you to this beautiful Townhouse at NO extra cost.
