Implicit in your discussion is that they've abandoned their $70k minimum to go lower, despite the fact that rent has been up 6-9% per year since the original article despite the fact that Seattle was the first city to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour ($30k a year) And despite the fact that the median income in Seattle had already blown through $80k a year in 2015.
