Next morning there was almost no pain but still plenty of clunking around.
I work with orthopedic surgeons, and I am not a medical professional. But I edit and help edit tons of data on what they do. Popping in your shoulder can be one of 50 mostly harmless things that can be fixed with exercise and therapy and 1-2 things that need surgery. Go to a Physical Therapist if you are able. The exercises suck in the beginning, but are worth doing.
Crazy shit, I went down two belt buckles (well more like one and a snug half) in three weeks.
Every eight pounds you lose is a gallon of water. So look at a gallon jug, that is the volume you lost. The good thing about people starting keto style diets is that when they hit that first point where all the stored glucose is gone, it takes a bunch of water with it... its the same reason those "Lose 10 pounds this weekend by not eating anything!" diets work. Do a 4-5 day keto induction and it is not uncommon to lose two gallons of stored water in your body. (15-18 pounds)
I'm starting to see more and more information on how the ecosystem in our digestive system impacts our health and well being. Stuff set under controlled conditions by people with the knowledge to know what they are doing. But there is so, so, much fucking woo woo about gut bacteria, intestinal inflammation, and all that goes along with it I have to fight my "BULLSHIT" bias screaming at me. The one thing that people are starting to realize is sugar=bad and cutting the sugar from your intake is most likely why you feel better.
Hope you are doing allright up there with the snow and crazy.
