Saltillo - Ganglion. This is an interesting one. Its creator also did the art for a comic (here is a review of the first issue) that is gorgeous but barely contains a story. Still, the music is really good -- somehow he managed to make classical strings (with some electronics) be heavy. The Fragile - NiN. A work of pretty amazing genius, and I continue to find new and interesting things in there even almost 20 years later.
