I listened to Beck's new album this morning, thought it was pretty lame. If I didn't know it was Beck I could never have guessed it was him. Sounded like boy band schlock.

Been listening to a bunch of Ghanaian High Life, old soul girl group stuff and a variety of Jamaican music.

I've got a pair of Klipsch Heresy I's in my stereo room right now on loan from a friend. They sound great. I think I might blow some money on Hi-Fi speakers and a tube amp soon. The guy who loaned them to me just traded one of his sets of La Scala's for a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls an they sound fucking amazing. The La Scala's sound bad next to them. Not sure if I'll buy Cornwalls or Heresy's. I wish I could get my hands on a pair of Heresy II's before I pull the trigger. kleinbl00 You were right to put the La Scala's into the shop, it was the right thing to do. The shop had become my friends speaker show room when he's trading. I've had La Scalas, Cornwalls, and Heresys in there now and will probably get some rad JBLs in soon. So far the Cornwalls have far in away blown the most minds.
