Shes been tarred and feathered in the media, her name is all over the internet, yeah I think its good enough. She is a bad person, but at the end of the day sending her to Jail doesn't make the world a better or safer place. Basically her life is ruined forever regardless of actual jail time. Its costing tax payers a lot of money to actually send her to Jail, why bother.
