Letters from lawyers have to be carefully read for nuance and for what they say as well as what they do not say. Obviously the law firm was paid to write a letter which pleased the client and they were, directly or indirectly, told what it should say. Not an objective source by any means. I will repeat what I said a few hour ago:

"The old "no income from Russian sources" loophole. It is notable that they did not include the words "directly or indirectly". eg. Russian owns a Maltese corporation which loans money to Trump = that is Maltese money, not Russian money."

Loose lips, sink ships. Remember in 2014 Eric T reportedly said “We don’t rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia.” Could be "fake news", could be blatant lying, could be true. 2/3rds of those options seem realistic to me.

p.s. Whatever was going on with his eye makeup before the election seems to have been mostly solved. Thank God. Looks like the government may finally be good at something!
