Shit it hits everything hard. It's got stuff in it like "eliminate the NEA and PBS." Trump's budget is like Trump's Muslim ban - an angry fever dream from a team with no experience in governance or consensus-building. Fuckin' Lindsay Graham called it "dead on arrival" and Mitch McConnell said they were "very concerned." They were talking about the state department cuts in particular, but that was also last week before everybody got to go down the list and see all their local pork barrel projects being jettisoned. There's a lot of swing states in that mix. It's almost as if it were put together by political neophytes with zero understanding of consequence.
