That might be PSA's saving grace then. They're one of the few companies that haven't ever really talked about trying to break into the American auto market. I'm on lunch right now, but when I get home I might try and look into whether or not the previous sale was in the time of "Old GM." The politics of that entire restructuring might have played an unspoken role in the failure of their previous attempt.
