Because I didn't want to load a page that required me to turn off javascript, I did a quick search for the title of this OP, hoping to find a similar article from another source. I found a Wall Street Journal article with roughly the same title. But it's from Oct. 7, 2015. Once the Biggest Buyer, China Starts Dumping U.S. Government Debt Is this article related to that one or a new or different thing one year later?
