I have a surname name that you get when a great grandparent with a difficult Polish name immigrated to the US. Interestingly, it seems to be unique to our clan. We haven't found another person that has the name, but isn't related. However, there is one person that seems to play in a symphony in Italy with our name. I have no idea. My wife is pregnant, and we are thinking about names. What is in a name?
