I highly recommend reading this piece. It was a great character study and insight in to a process I am unfamiliar with. You have to feel for the guy that didn't get tenure, the scene in his new apartment was heart wrenching to read. The fact that he can no longer hold time in his auditions due to his fallen confidence is really sad.
The following quote is something that I think all highly driven individuals can connect with, "Give me success or take this desire away from me. One of the two." Great piece. Thanks for posting and welcome to Hubski.
