This is happening much sooner than most people anticipated, and the glacier melt won't pause anytime soon. I wonder how it'll affect Europe's climate, from milder seasons in the west to precipitation patterns. If the US eastern seaboard does rise, then how much rise will occur and how fast will it transpire? Very uncertain times are indeed ahead of us.
