I'd like to hear your thoughts on it. I do think that a majority of white Americans are either unwilling to acknowledge the problem, or are so ignorant of the problem and its context, that they are incapable of acknowledging it without a serious effort to erase their ignorance. Unfortunately, I think this education has to come from avenues that have real impact upon their current worldview, and that is not happening nearly enough.I'd really like to talk about why it takes so much effort just to get people to acknowledge the problem. Not even take action or empathize, but mostly just acknowledge.
