When she said "I don't think there's much to tell," and then you stopped hanging out so much, it sounds like she politely (or not-very-communicatively) was telling you she didn't want to see you any more. "Secrets, secrets are no fun. Secrets, secrets hurt someone." - The Office Secret relationships aren't a good idea and I think it is a red flag if one person is actively encouraging the relationship to stay secret.
