Wow. Many new faces around here. I'm digging it lots. Hubski is better than it's ever been thanks to all y'all. Sounds_sound isn't exactly the coolest handle, but I birthed it so I'll let it live. I grew up in the midwest and have been living on the left coast for almost a decade now. Just got permanent residency in Canada last week, meaning that I don't ever have to leave (just can't vote). I used to hang out with thenewgreen back in the day. That's how I know this place. There isn't a redditor bone in my body.

I spend most of my time at my day job as a young and inexperienced architect. I have college degrees that allow me to do this - of which I am still paying for. Practicing architecture is the most difficult endeavor I've ever undertaken in my life. I also really love music. From 12 to 22, that's all I did. Not as much anymore although I will still sit down, stare at the wall, and listen to a complete album and walk away feeling that it was an excellent use of my time.

Besides that, I don't focus on a whole lot else. I live in a big city so distractions are plentiful. Now if I could just find a girl. They don't come as easy as they did in grad school. Time for a plan I think. First, move out of Boystown.....
