HTC's adversing campaigns and hardware are just subpar. Other than the One, HTC has created crap phone after crap phone. I remember using the HTC Droid Eris upon release; that phone was the reason I never bought another HTC device. HTC also really needs to up it's marketing game. Look at its major competitors: Apple and Samsung. Apple's ads are beautiful and really show how people use their devices day to day. Samsung's ads are significantly more combative, but are still effective in showing the features for their phones. HTC's ads are just terrible (as linked to by the article ).
